Opinion, belief, and fact

I treasure this podcast. Ayana is an extraordinary interlocutor. I am writing because I just listened to the Sophie Strand interview. Several times in her very opinionated view of the world she shared beliefs and opinions that are just that, but which have basis in truth or fact. One can tell wondrous stories of the living world that dissolve one’s sense of “self.” Her stories do the opposite though it is obviously not her intention.

Moves me Awake and moves me to sleep

For sleep- quiet voices, ad free, folks talking to make the world a better place….it never fails to help me slip back to sleep on a morning where I have woken up at dawn and need a few more hours.

Awake - the conversations are poignant, moving, inspiring, hopeful….i find myself writing things down and savoring. 5 stars.
