After a 7 month break and having a baby, Dina is back with Energized episodes. This week she is talking all things postnatal depletion, fourth trimester and energy (or rather, the lack of). Dina shares how much care a woman will have during pregnancy but then once she's had a baby, she is often forgotten as the baby requires a lot of attention as they adjust to the new world they have entered - and while mums are attending to their baby's needs, they often forget about their own health.  It's common for mums to experience postnatal depletion, tune in to this episode to learn about signs to look out for.
