Dr. Robert love is amazing! His introduction was clear and enticing. His guest speaker Dr. Dale Bredesen spoke on the topic of brain fitness. This is an interest to all. I don’t think anyone is not a little worried about the topic. I like that it was brought up that Alzheimer's is an option. He brought up that test can be done to show the test can be done to show risks of developing this dreadful condition and that there are exercises that help as well as supplements that can help prevent the conditions in many problems. It was very interesting. The most impressive part was when Dr. love reviewed the points to make them understandable and clear. like I said, Dr. Robert love is amazing!

As a physical therapist assistant for over three decades, I’ve worked with hundreds of dementia patients and their families. All treatments had to be based on evidence. My focus was the exercise branch of health and I wanted so much to teach my patients about sleep and nutrition and learning, but could only provide minimal coaching in those branches to stay in my lane of practice. I’m so grateful that this information is documented and proven effective. I hope it becomes a vital part of all medical care and we can decrease suffering earlier and better.
