Why I Created This Podcast

But before you roll your eyes 😄, hear me out… I started HRIS Careers because I felt there was a major gap in the podcast world for people in (or curious about) Human Resources Information Systems. I wanted a space where HRIS professionals could share how they got started, how they navigated career turning points, and what they’ve learned along the way. Every episode features a real conversation with someone who's walked the path—from unexpected beginnings to leadership roles in HR tech or solo episodes to help you navigate your HRIS Career.
