The Power of Food

After listening to the superfood episode I went out and bought some chai seeds and blueberries to add to my oatmeal. I had that for breakfast today felt amazing then I had a donut for a snack instantly less amazing. Just wanted to share that the power of food is real and thank you for being a resource for me as I go into my new mama era. I stumbled upon podcast gold with this one 🤍

Brooke is a natural teacher

I am SO grateful I found her on Instagram and struck up a conversation with her. Not
is she kind, she’s willing to share such beneficial information with you without pushing her coaching program so you just naturally feel compelled to want to hire her.
She has helped me INCREDIBLY change almost everything I know about nutrition and health then ADDS to it all with prenatal and postnatal advice and help also!
If your not already following and subscribed you NEED TO GET ON THIS TRAIN!
I enjoy her stories on IG I have enjoyed getting to talk to her she really treats you like you’re a person and not just a number.

So incredibly grateful for her and everything she’s doing.
💚
