    In this episode, Debbie addresses some recent posts she's seen on the topic of 'coach hopping', i.e. switching from one coach to another and not committing to long-term mentorship.
    Debbie argues that this is because there are many unqualified coaches in the industry. She believes that it is important for individuals to find the right coach for their specific needs and not feel guilty about switching coaches if necessary.
    She acknowledges that this debate is 2 sided as there are also many unqualified service providers providing subpar service to coaches too.
    Overall, Debbie encourages open conversation and better practices within the coaching industry.
