Mean Girls!
What kind of grown women, who are mothers themselves, make fun of a 12-year-old girl’s looks and say that she looks like Where’s Waldo?! She didn’t ask to be on TV, first of all, and second of all, SHE WAS A CHILD. What a couple of overgrown Mean Girls. (BTW, Lexi is absolutely gorgeous these days — how attractive are YOU?!) That alone rubbed me the wrong way, but I decided to give them another chance, and…no. They also think that they’re far funnier and clever than they are, which is always annoying, and they consistently get basic RHONJ trivia/history wrong. What true fan doesn’t know that the S1 taglines weren’t planned out or done ahead of time and were literally just lifted from things the ladies said during the season?!
This gruesome twosome is only on S1 E2, and I can’t even listen to this drivel anymore. Grow up, learn actual facts about the subject you’re analyzing for a podcast, and learn how to BE NICE.
Pure Fun
Maria and Michelle are not only well spoken, and hilarious ….they also speak intelligently about the books they’re reviewing. In their reviews they give great background on the authors and also share a lot of their personal experiences relative to the material and that makes it that much more fun & interesting! You don’t even have to be familiar with the authors that they’re talking about or the shows for that matter. I wasn’t (somehow ) familiar with “bad Mormon”. Loved ❤️it! Give these PureCringe a try.. you won’t be disappointed and you might learn something!
