the NAR presenter has a very immature approach to the conversation. I agree that NAR should not go away. However, talking over the hosts to focus all the great things NAR is or has done or in the past is just crap. if he is the guy forming policy we have a problem.
I am an agent in Illinois.The thought these changes will somehow improve the quality of agents is suspect to me. several years back our state required every agent to become brokers. The quality of brokers had no change. it only benefited the associations and the state with additional fees.Until the brokerages with 300 agents and one managing broker will the quality change. They are compensated well for recruiting. To circumvent one manager they hire a low performing agent to act as asset. Mgr.
