New Favorite Podcast

I love everything Camille does. I discovered her when looking for exercises to get my tummy back after having four kids and became an instant fan of hers. I was excited to learn she became a life and a fitness coach, as well as started her own podcast. She shares easy to digest tips while sharing her own experiences that led to her developing the tip. I love listening every week and sharing her podcast with others. Please don’t stop Camille. 😍

Just perfect!

I really enjoy this podcast. The information is practical and easy to implement. I love how positive Camille is and have really enjoyed the measure backwards episode, in fact I bought the book the gap and gain. I want to really work towards this. Camille also talks about being your own best mom and I love that. The way a loving mom would talk to there kids, what food they would give them, just another beautiful way of looking at self care. Definitely my go to podcast for a motivational boost and a good resource for good health. Thank you Camille you are amazing!!
