So many women go through the struggle of finding a career that brings them happiness, and many land on entrepreneurship. Although it is not always easy to start a business, there are several things I learned along the way that I want to share with you. Many of us go through the process of starting a business without  goals or a plan. We must have an idea of where we want to go in order to be successful. Making sure you have the right offers, messaging, and knowing your worth are just a few of the  things we discuss in this episode. In this episode I share: Why having a business plan is so important when starting a business. How you should only have 2-3 signature services as a service provider, or only one message as a product based business.. What it's like to do all of the things in our business, how outsourcing can help, but when is the right time? The ways paying for knowledge will help better your business and get you where you want to be.   Paying close attention to where your referrals are coming from. Ending business engagements as soon as a red flag goes up, or they don’t fall into how you work and operate. How you will need to recalibrate your business many times.    Connect with Geneva: Follow on Instagram @heartsandheelstampa Website - heartsandheels.co Join the Hearts and Heels FB Community - Hearts and Heels Tampa
