What an eye opener!

I am so grateful for this show where Shaela connects body health with spiritual health. As a Jesus follower of many years I have never seen my fitness journey so close to my walk with Christ. I always make excuses as an RN and mom to not prioritise my health and self care. I am so grateful for the proactive tips every week and life lasting advice from Shaela. I am encouraged to get in the Word and get moving to better myself after each episode. 100% recommend.
