and we focus on the word "thank you"
Thank you for being here with us for all 25 days of the Daily Santa Podcast! Stay tuned for more future updates at https://dailysantapodcast.com/
Today's topic is about saying thank you
If you received a gift, love or anything special today from people in your life that love you, say thank you.
On a special day like today, we sometimes forget to say thank you to the people in our lives that have done so much for us!
There are five good reasons to thank people more often.
1: It's the simplest way to show gratitude.
The simplest way to show gratitude is to say "thank you,"
An attitude of gratitude is what makes us happy.
When you are thankful for what you have, even the smallest things make your life more abundant and joyful.
By saying "thank you," you show appreciation
Being grateful helps everybody
2 People feel loved and appreciated.
The simplest way to say "I appreciate you" is to say "thank you."
When people are praised and appreciated, they also feel more motivated.
It shows that you appreciate their efforts.
They might even be motivated to go above and beyond
3 Making others feel good brings good back to you.
In the smallest of ways, you brighten someone's day by making them feel valued and important.
Additionally, they are more likely to share that feeling with others.
Saying thank you also makes people more likely to do good deeds for you in the future.
4 Being grateful makes you feel better and happier.
Did you know that simply saying "thank you" can make your life happier.
It not only makes other people and yourself feel great when you express your gratitude to them.
Happy people make others around them happy
Thankful people do the same!
5 Your life is full.
The art of living is to be thankful for everything you have.
It makes you happy to be thankful for everything you have.
Try this with your friends, family, or just anyone if you don't believe me.
When you are thankful and say "Thank You," you will attract people and change the world

DAY TWENTY FOUR - The Daily Santa Podcast - It's Christmas Eve, Time to Celebrate You, Santa News and more!
DAY TWENTY FOUR - It's Christmas Eve, Time to Celebrate You, Santa News and more!
Here we are on Day 24 of the Daily Santa Podcast
For the past 23 days we have put out a challenge - for you to do something that will add your name to Santa’s nice list,
We have even talked about what happens if you make a mistake - we all make mistakes! Yes, even Santa makes mistakes.
If you have tried even one of the 23 suggestions we offered here on the Daily Santa Podcast - congratulations!
Now it is time to celebrate! To celebrate you!
When we try something new, or learn a new thing, we need to stop and ask “What have we done to celebrate?”
Celebrating everyday is the goal for Day 24
Here are 5 simple ways to celebrate your every day.
1. Start Everyday with a Celebration.
Every day is a gift.
What are you thankful for? Your family? Your Pet Goldfish? Your friends?
When you begin your day with celebration, you will have more joy for the rest of your day.
2. Celebrate the small things
We shouldn’t only celebrate the big things
Little things matter! Right Selfie??
When we celebrate the little things in life that we did well, it makes us stronger.
If you start feeling like you are not getting better, celebrate all the awesome things that you do on a daily basis.
3. Celebrate Others
This tip has a double bonus—when you celebrate someone else, both of you feel awesome!
When you celebrate someone else for the little things, they feel valued
When you celebrate all the good things others do for you, it helps you appreciate others more and it helps others feel great too.
Now that’s a double win.
4. Do a big celebration
Sometimes you need to start a parade!
Someone has to lead the band down the street and kick this off
Don’t wait for someone else to celebrate something good
You start the party!
5. Celebrate before bed
Just as you begin every day in celebration, let’s end the day celebrating as well
Remember
celebration is an attitude
Again, if you tried any of the tips we shared here on the Daily Santa Podcast - let’s celebrate!
We would love to hear from you

DAY TWENTY TWO - The Daily Santa Podcast - Making Mistakes, Selfie on the street, famous mistakes, Santa's Nice List and more
DAY TWENTY TWO - Making Mistakes, Selfie on the street, famous mistakes, Santa's Nice List and more
Mistakes are not fun
So, how can we help kids embrace mistakes?
Mistakes can teach you so much,
We can improve or what we shouldn’t do again.
Life is full of mistakes and learning from them
When we were learning to walk, we fell down many times.
It took time, but now we don’t even think of it now
Mistakes happen every day, to everyone!
So what do we do, when we make a mistake?
Here are 3 things that you can do when you make a mistake
1. We can ask for help.
When something feels difficult, we can always ask for help. Asking doesn’t mean we have failed - we just haven’t learned yet
Back to learning to walk, we need to hold someone’s hand as we learn
2. We can take a break.
Sometimes we get frustrated when we make a mistake
How about this as a guide..
“Make a mistake? Take a break!”
That’s easy to remember!
3. Ask an adult to tell you their mistakes
Our parents and adults that love us also make mistakes
Sometimes BIG mistakes
Ask them about their mistakes - I bet they have a few they can share with you!
See, you are not alone
Remember, mistakes are our best teachers
mistakes can be the greatest gift
From simple mistakes like spilling milk to large ones
mistakes can be some of the best lessons that we will ever learn.

DAY TWENTY ONE - The Daily Santa Podcast - Be Friendly, Happy Kwanzaa, A Special Press Conference, and more
DAY TWENTY ONE - Be Friendly, Happy Kwanzaa, A Special Press Conference, and more
Welcome back to Day 21 - we are happy to have you back again!
Big news announcement today on the show, we talk about the special Kwanzaa Celebrations and we look at being a friend to others
Welcome to the Daily Santa Podcast - this is Day 21
This is the podcast where together, we countdown to Christmas one episode at a time
For the latest on the show or to find out more about us,
Head over to our website
Today we are going to be talking about: Being a Friend
One of the best gifts that you can give someone this year is friendship - whether you are an adult or a not, being a friend to someone could make their life better and yours as well
Here are 5 friendship keys.
1. Be open, kind and understanding.
Always be open to being someone’s friend
Even if someone is different than you - you can still be their friend
2. Be inclusive.
“Don’t let anyone sit alone!”
“When I taught little kids, we had a buddy bench where you could sit if you were looking for a buddy on the playground,” she says. “Just that tool alone let us really talk about what it means to be friendly with someone.”
3. ‘Be there’ for your friends.
True friends depend on each other. They have each other’s backs. They are a source of comfort to one another.
Reminding them that you want to be there, in the good and bad times, to support them (and) showing them you care means so much.”
4. Stand up for your friends.
One of the bravest — and kindest — things a kid can do is to stand up for a friend. And although it’s an important part of friendship, sometimes it can be a bit scary to do if a bully is involved.
5. Understand that friendships aren’t always perfect.
We all do better when we have a friend in our life - is there someone that you can be a friend to?
that new friend needs you , just as much as you might need them!

DAY TWENTY - The Daily Santa Podcast - Give First, Happy Hanukkah, Merry GIVE-mas, Santa news and more
DAY TWENTY - Give First, Happy Hanukkah, Merry GIVE-mas, Santa news and more
Welcome to the podcast! We are on Day 20 - this is going by really fast!
Our topic today covers Giving to Others
Today we look at giving to others being a giving person is very special
Christmas can be a time of great excitement and mystery
We can't wait to see the gifts piled around the tree
We enjoy giving and receiving gifts
but what if there was a gift that did not come wrapped in a box with shiny christmas wrapping paper, no bow, and it didn't rattle around in the box when yo shook it?
Giving first before getting isn’t always easy us to understand when we are young.
When we give, we focus on others and today we are going to look at 4 ways that we can continue to be generous throughout the year.
1. The Joy of Giving
can you be just as happy giving a gift this year as you are receiving one?
when we find joy in giving we unlock joy in our lives
giving to others is not just a one day christmas event - it can be everyday
2. Share your Talents
Giving doesn't always require money, a store or a purchase - you can give something that nobody else can give - you are unique and special.
what is one thing you are awesome at doing - play the piano, write a poem? Be creative - because giving does not always cost money
3. Generous with Time
We love to do, what we love to do
when we put away the things that we want to do - like our phones, tablets and gaming - we create time for others
time is valuable because they don't make more of it
who can you give more of your time to?
4. Generous with Kindness
Be generous and kind with your words
your words can make people strong or weak
give back to others by building them up and making others around you important
Let's give our best this year, even if it does not come from a store
