Brooke McPoyle is a classically trained singer who learned an operatic style of breathwork at 12 years old. In college she played Division 1 golf, learning the intense effect of adrenaline on the nervous system. She quit the sport after college after feeling she didn't have enough control to handle pro tournaments. She started teaching breathwork in 2016 in Delray Beach, and began to see a dynamic relationship between the breath rhythm & the state of the nervous system. She trained with an Apache medicine man who was taught by Tibetan monks. Her studies of Arnold Ehret, music, beekeeping, & ground force reaction made her look at the breath as an equation. By deducing what she was witnessing to an equation she began to see a pattern that she calls the Brain & Breath Connection.
