    Anna Donaghey is an Alcohol Mindset Coach and Speaker on the lived experience of alcohol addiction. Anna's story is all about how she took control and turned her life around after being stuck in a cycle of alcohol addiction for a lot of her working life.

    In her coaching practice, ‘The Beliefs Coach’ she helps people take control, find freedom and make alcohol small and irrelevant . Her  work involves helping people dig into the emotions and beliefs around  WHY they drink, because these beliefs can be dismantled and reshaped to  create powerful mindset shifts and new, healthier behaviours.

She is a busy mum of two, both conceived via fertility treatment in the midst of her career. Ella went through the entire IVF journey without her employer knowing a thing. She wants to address and eradicate the taboo, stigma and embarrassment faced by many embarking on this journey.

Very informative and actionable

Nikki’s interview style is terrific, as she actively listens and then helps the guest double click on the details when she hears a great nugget for the audience. The guests are given space to be themselves, and the format of the podcast is great. I definitely have it in my regular rotation!
