Keeping it Real!

I discovered this podcast through Climbing w/Coach Kiah podcast and felt an instant connection to the topics. I’m involved in the ag industry and have been on a health journey since COVID. I love how Dawn keeps it real, and has actionable suggestions. Sometimes we just need somebody to pull back that curtain so we can see how things really are and this podcast really does that. So thank you and I look forward to each episode!!
