Sarah Holden returns to the show to discuss the ups and downs of the last 12 months. After struggling with a calf injury late last season, Sarah’s health took a turn for the worse in October 2023 when she discovered she had a pulmonary embolism (PE). PE is a serious and sometimes fatal health condition.

This week we welcome Caitlin Robbins and Bryony Keys to the show to discuss the ROX QUEENS community.
Whilst existing in other sports, nationwide communities are still a new concept in Fitness Racing. ROX QUEENS is a support network and movement, dedicated to fostering connections and empowering female athletes to challenge themselves both mentally and physically from first timers to some of the Elites.

We chat about their recent expansion into organising local fitness event and socials across the UK. Customer Reviews
Sarah!
Really wonderful interview with Sarah Holden. She is an exceptional young lady and athlete. It’s extraordinary that she has overcome all the blood clots to return to such an advanced level of athleticism.. I was a bit surprised you didn’t ask how she got the blood clots to begin with. Once she’s off the blood thinners as she concerned that the blood clots will return.? Now that she has gone through many months of this journey I would’ve liked to have heard her response. Thank you for having her on your show
Year end format
Loved it, thanks Ian and happy new year!
