Medication is easily prescribed but if you implement these 5 lifestyle habits the medication has a better chance of working for you with fewer side effects. I believe that everyone taking a prescription or thinking about taking a prescription should adopt these lifestyle habits. My Oura ring gives me a sleep score, recovery score and cycle prediction with amazing accuracy. I have used the data to honour how I am feeling and how much I can push myself and it has helped me feel like my training is purposeful. Hormone replacement therapy has been unnecessarily feared for 20 years based on the Women's Health Initiative which was done very poorly in 2002. I am not a doctor but I do encourage you to keep asking questions about how you can feel amazing. There might be more information out there you don't know about.…
The more I research the influence hormones have on every body system, the more I realize the answer to "Could this be hormones?"... is YES! The list of hormone-related symptoms is very long and today's episode is just a brief overview of things that could be going on with your health that relate back to hormones. I believe we need to start talking about them loudly and proudly so we understand how to feel amazing for as long as we live. Nobody wants to live into our 80's if we feel horrible for 25 of them.…

When you have more energy and more time in your day without feeling exhausted, you might decide you can go to the gym. See, in a roundabout way I am promoting the gym. I'm sneaky like that....…

But if physical symptoms persist without an identifiable physiological reason, exploring the role of emotional factors through therapy can help facilitate mind-body healing Physical symptoms can sometimes be manifestations of emotional trauma held in the body.
