Taken from a pamphlet by an unknown author called Folk Tales from Abercrave this wonderful old story is my favourite type of tale. I love the Swansea valley as you know and this tale brings it to life in all its magical glory. Enjoy my friends

In the Summer of 1917 Two young girls claimed to have encountered fairies at the bottom of their garden and had the photographs to prove it.
Day three of the festival of fable sees us visit this facinating case and hear the tale that is still spoken of to this day.

Traditional Tales Well Told
This is quite possibly the best podcast I have come across. Owen’s voice is so comforting, and the stories are wonderful. I get drawn in to each one, and feel like I’m at the firepit in the forest.
