Do you find yourself frequently stressed out? Or maybe you aren’t sure of your true identity? No matter how hard you try, there just seems to be a giant void in your life?

Welcome to the YOU MATTER To Christ podcast, where we talk to current and former athletes, business professionals, and everyday people just like you. We ask them questions like, when did you hit the buzz saw moment in life, when did God undeniably show up in your life, and why do you pray?

The YOU MATTER To Christ podcast was launched to provide a platform for open and honest conversations that explore faith, hope, and the incredible impact of God’s love. Particularly for those who have doubts or reservations, this podcast is for you.

Life has a way of throwing us into challenging situations, and it’s during those moments that doubts can arise. I know what it’s like to question, to wonder, if there’s more to life than meets the eye. That’s why I want to share stories of hope and inspiration and transformation from both believers and those who may have wrestled with their faith, so that together, we can uncover the undeniable power of God’s love.

I believe that each and every one of us, regardless of our doubts or skepticism, is valued and cherished in his eyes. I believe that YOU MATTER To Christ. You are the only one that has ever existed that is you. Your unique spirit, skills and experiences make you exactly the right person for whatever it is God created you for.

So if you find yourself spiritually skeptical, unsure, curious, or you’re facing a void in your life that you just can’t seem to fill, then this podcast is for you.

Join me in this adventure of exploration into the power of faith and the value of establishing a relationship with God. And remember, in the book of Matthew, chapter seven, verse seven, it says, ask and it shall be given to you. Seek and you will find. Knock and the door will be open to you.

I invite you to ask the tough questions, seek the truth, and knock on the door. Together we will discover that you truly matter to Christ.

God’s peace.

He focuses on helping business leaders avoid burnout and reclaim their energy for fulfillment at work and in life. He talks about the inevitability of having negative thoughts and how these can cause burnout and dissatisfaction in our lives.   HIGHLIGHTS Scott's advice to the younger "Scott" You're exactly where you're supposed to be so have faith What burnout is about How to recover from burnout   QUOTES Scott: "I could choose fear or I could choose faith. But it's not inevitable, it's not like I don't have a say in the way I experience my day and my life. It takes practice and it takes discipline and, really, I think what it takes is having made a mountain of mistakes more than anything else." Scott: "We have to multiple times a day, even take 5 or 10 seconds to completely drop the stress. Otherwise, it's this biochemical cycle and the psychological cycle of having unrelieved stress that ultimately results in this bone-tired exhaustion." Scott: "Instead we have to shift our whole basis of living and action and focus on our values instead of our thoughts and emotions. In that way, we will always do what matters most to us. But it's a shift, most of us are addicted to listening to our thoughts and emotions and responding accordingly."   Connect with Scott by following the links below: LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/scottandersonms/ Website: https://burnoutbreakthrough.com Learn more about your ad choices. This episode of the YOU MATTER To Christ Podcast features Bikram Mishra, CEO of Evolution Laboratories LLC. He shares how he was pulled into a string of scenarios that ended with him getting sentenced the maximum penalty, a consequence that didn't actually match the situation. Bikram shares how this whole story progressed, from serving 12 years to learning the lessons throughout the whole experience, as well as dwelling in God's presence all throughout the journey.   HIGHLIGHTS Introducing Evolution Laboratories The worst 15 seconds of Bikram's life Serving 12 years and the lessons learned Feeling God's forgiveness of our past, present, and future sins   QUOTES Bikram: "It's rough because broken people are the ones that need a listening ear and compassion, but we're also the hardest to deal with because we're broken and we've admitted that and accepted it. A lot of people are still living in a facade where everything's fine and they're superficial. But, no judgment, I was there and I would happen to be like that if I'm not careful."   Bikram: "That's the hardest part of it. Waiting gives that sinful flesh part of us the opportunity to just get up in there and really sink its teeth into us. And the Spirit is there guiding us patiently, saying 'God is with you' and to have faith in the process."   Bikram: "God obviously has the component to deal with humans that involves us being away for a long period of time before we're actually fit for the service that he wants us to do."   Connect with Bikram by following the links below: LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/b1kramm/ Website: https://evolabs.us/ Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/b1kramm Learn more about your ad choices.
