We all tell ourselves stories whether we realize it or not. This week on The GlowJo Podcast we're focusing on the stories we tell ourselves, and specifically we're going to focus on the negative stories that we tell ourselves and how we can start to rewire those. Broadly, there are two types of stories. There are external stories, and these are stories that we share with others or others share with us and they're communicated in society. And then we have internal stories. We're going to be focusing on internal stories today. This inner narrative can really harm us and it can distract us and it can take us off course quite easily. They can even become self-fulfilling prophecies ( a common psychological phenomena) and start to manifest in our life. Here's the good news.... We CAN control of our thoughts so let's use our thoughts, our words, our energies, and our creative capacity to write stories that support us. In this episode your Host, Leanne Kallal, shares a simple two step process to help you stop those negative stories in their tracks and rewrite them to be positive stories that are going to support you as you move ahead in your future.
