This was a very interesting podcast with none of us holding back on what we all thought was the worst Spartan Race (tough mudder) we have raced. Listen in as we all chat open and honestly about what we thought about the weekend from age group racers and volunteers.

Colins charity challenge and Dan's podium

Colins charity challenge and Dan's podium

In this episode its just Colin and Dan chatting about Colins next challenge and Dan's 1st race of the year where he got on the podium.

Colin has announced his next challenge to raise money for his son's school to help them learn more about Neurodiversity via the umbrella project. Once the target has been reached (which it has done) the rest of the money will go towards Roarsome Georges fundraising to help get the awareness spread to even more schools.

Colins challenge will be a great test of endurance as he takes on the David Goggins 4x4x48 challenge. For anyone who doesn't know what that is its running 4 miles every 4 hours for 48 hours. He will be starting this on friday 16th June. So lets all get behind him and show him some support and donate a bit of money to charity at the same time.

If you would like to donate to Colins fundraiser you can do so at www.justgiving.com/page/colin-lee-1680552091852

Dan also chats about his recent race which was a half marathon trail race the Raw Trails Events Highlodge Half Marathon. He went into this race as a practice run for the upcoming Spartan Race season and he managed to bag himself a 2nd place finish. Listen in on how the race went in his own words
