By far one of my favorite!

This show is in my top 5 podcasts to listen to regularly! I use and speak about the Working Geniuses every chance I get because it is such a valuable tool to gain insight into the infrastructure of our approach to work. Highly recommended!

Also, side note: I think it’d be cool to hear an episode about how our working genius matters when it comes to utilizing AI!

Brilliant

Working Genius has changed the way I have viewed my career and personal life past and present. I’m a DG and things make sense now. I left a company that needed a leader like myself and I couldn’t figure out why I failed if I’m DG. The comapny didn’t want a galvanizer and instead worried about popularity and high school games.
I now know what questions to ask before joining a company because I understand myself better.

Using Letters verses Names

Thank you for your podcast. May I ask kindly that for those jumping in and out of listening to you, to review each podcast the names of each genius verses just the letters. I may understand what you say but I can never pass it along to my team believing that they are as aware of the geniuses as I am.

Eventually I jumped off the podcast session as you all sounded like you were having a conversation among yourself verses inviting and reviewing/ teaching those your inviting into the concepts.

Thank you so much!
