At the beginning of her career, someone told Marie that she should not be defined by her job, but by a verb. She knew instantly that her verb was 'to create’. Originally from Montréal Canada, Marie-Pierre Blanchette is a self-taught perfumer with a background in anthropology, art direction and design. Turning 40 made her reconsider what would truly make her happy in the next 20 years of her career. So she started shaping her process of becoming an independent perfumer based on the method of trial and error. Starting at a young age, Layla Qassim sought financial freedom and worked at cultural institutions that celebrated Arab heritage. Dr. Nakeema Stefflbauer is a software delivery expert with over 15 years of experience leading corporate digital transformations in the US and Europe.
