We traveled throughout the Gulf of Mexico on a fantastically relaxing cruise and cornered two young fighters through their novice MMA fights! After the fights, we were talking about different perspectives on the belts we tie our gi's with and kept that conversation going in this week's episode. How do you view the cloth around your waist?Show Notes:- We're back!- Gentle Art Lifestyle Winter Camp recap- Relaxation cruise but no rolling 😑- Women's only open mat at Nova on April 2nd- Chris Paines Seminar recap- Just stand up, don't stay on your back- Upcoming Roll a Thon on Saturday, April 22nd - https://fb.me/e/2KrlEpuGU- Kids Pankration recap- Comprehension of the timeline to coral belt- It's not about the cloth around your waist- You are where you're supposed to be- Comparing yourself to others is a disadvantage to yourself- Shout out to all the coaches who promote people
