Excellent Podcast!

I think this is the best podcast dedicated to issues in education. It covers important topics and manages to be accessible without oversimplifying.

Needs better audio production values

In general, this show chooses significant topics and interviews interesting people (although a sharper lens for equity would help some questions & conversations which have tended to come off as a little naive, particularly in knowledge of race & the functioning of both politics and history). That said, the audio production values desperately need professional attention. Recording quality is uneven: disparate volume levels remain uncorrected: the way music is integrated is clumsy and distracting. The show has so much potential - they should really invest in the right tools and expertise to make it sound as good as it can. (And after that, a second step would be editing the interviews and providing an overarching narrative instead of just releasing it as-is… but one step at a time!)
