Great compliment to body work

Although I’ve always been quite physical active, this year was the first year I placed a strong focus on consistent body work and exercise. In the process I became curious about what the inner workings were of what I was experiencing, the physical and emotional changes and the impact of mind and body. Have found this podcast to be a great source for this information, for better understanding my body, for better understand the role my mind plays, and for hearing from experts.
