A longtime business man in the food industry Doon Wintz was in the guest chair today in this episode. He is the CEO and Co-Founder of the Run A Ton Group which consists of allergy free brands such as Metaball Energy Bites and Wholly Gluten Free. The Run-A-Ton Group, Inc. was founded by his father, Bob Wintz, in 1972 as a conventional baked goods company. In 1978 he pioneered the concept of bringing natural foods to Northeast supermarket consumers. A similar epiphany surfaced towards the start of the new millennium when allergy sensitive consumers started to find their collective voice seeking gluten free, allergy friendly, and vegan products that could satisfy their palates AND their dietary requirements. Over the past two decades our commitment to create a family of brands that deliver great tasting treats for ingredient-conscious food lovers, has led to a growing line of natural and organic baked goods as well as allergy friendly products that can be found in stores throughout North America. In this episode you will learn: ❇ His background in the food business❇ How did he manage the Run A Ton group since his father started it.❇ How did he decide to add allergy free brands to the Run A Ton Group ❇ The mistakes while managing the Run A Ton Group❇  The lessons he has learned since incorporating allergy free brands into Run A Ton GroupListen on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, Stitcher, Castbox, TuneIn and Subscribe Via RSS Feed (Non-Apple Podcast Feed).Connect with Run A Ton GroupLinkedIn The Run-A-Ton Group, IncWebsite https://www.runaton.com/Connect with Allergy Free Hustle PodcastSign up to get new podcast updates in emailInstagram @allergyfreehustle Twitter @allergyfreehusFacebook @allergyfreehustlepodcastPinterest @allergyfreehustlepodcast Allergy Free Hustle Podcast Website
