Living his best life!
I met Ethan at FanExpo and spoke with him about his weight loss and this podcast. I have been listening to it and love the mindset. I can see the strategy on how to live your life to lose weight, get in shape, eat and live healthier.
My own journey started with medication, but this podcast is helping me understand the way to go forward and get off the medication. To keep the weight off and incorporate exercise and diet to live healthier.
There is a plan for every individual in these podcasts. Whether weight loss, eating better, working out, or any combination of them. You will find a program that helps you.
Ethan is a wonderful guy and a role model given his challenges and success.
