If youโ€™re new to my podcast, then I highly recommend that you start with this one. This podcast was inspired by the Book of Hosea and the verse โ€œMy people are destroyed for a lack of knowledge.โ€ (4:6). In this episode, I discuss my old podcast content and share the ways in which Yah has shifted my previous held perspectives. I stress the importance of building a personal relationship with our Creator, rather than following after the ways of the world. I briefly hit on several topics such as deception, false doctrines, and spiritual warfare. Lastly, if you enjoyed this podcast checkout my short film titled โ€œThe Blueprintโ€ by Nautiii Lowe that accompanies this podcast. APTTMH Yah.
Liberation in the truest and most highest form is tied to knowing your identity. Let go of the shackles on your mind. Leave the politicians behind. Youโ€™ve come this far, but do you know who you really are?
I woke up this morning recalling the tragic events that took my place on my universityโ€™s campus this time last year. It was placed on my heart to shed light on my own mental health that was a result of this event. I felt like there was a deep need for transparency because many students struggle with survivor's guilt. I am only one of many students who are still learning to deal with something that will never be forgotten. It is a journey that is not linear but in order for us all to heal we have to open up about the things that impact us on a mental level. I want to warn that this may be a triggering podcast for some so I advise to listen at your own discretion. This was not easy for me to speak about but I want people to know they are not alone and want people to understand the other side of when the news cameras stop rolling. We are humans, we are meant to feel, and we are meant to express what we feel.
Living from the heart space is not an easy thing at all. In this episode, I speak a little bit about what living from the heart feels like to me. Quarantine has caused a lot of us to get real with our feelings that we as humans love to suppress out of external fear. The road to fearlessness is an uphill battle and itโ€™s imperative that we train ourselves to fight fear.
There is power in vulnerability. There is power in words. I get personal about my own mental health and I dissect different facets of 2019 that shape who I am now in 2020. It is black history month so if youโ€™re black I urge you to listen to the whole thing...especially the end. I touch briefly on the psychology of being black. Free minds. Free society.
I touch briefly on the topic of fear, mental weakness, the state of our world, and how to get your power back. This is really just me speaking freely on things Iโ€™ve noticed while Iโ€™ve been away.
Itโ€™s time for a perspective shift on how we view our mental health. Mental โ€œillnessโ€ shouldnโ€™t be viewed as negative because it breeds stereotypes and makes it easier to ostracize individuals. In this episode I talk about mental health in general and mental health in the black community. I also give tips on how Iโ€™ve dealt with my own mental health. Itโ€™s time to get comfortable with being uncomfortable because too many people are suffering in silence and taking their lives. Itโ€™s imperative that we eradicate the stigma around mental health and begin to deal with our personal wounds.

Drop everything and make happiness the center of your existence. Stop chasing the future and let life manifest as it should. Be present. Be happy. Be kind. This episode I talk about an alternative to the โ€œhustlerโ€™s mentalityโ€ which is something that society has built into our everyday life style.

Letโ€™s break cycles together that have been detrimental to society. When we begin working on ourselves itโ€™s truly deeper than just ourselves. When we all begin to realize that we are all connected by carrying out our individual purpose and calling; humanity begins to heal itself. Itโ€™s all about the work we put in. It doesnโ€™t matter if itโ€™s big or small but if you feel like it will make an impact do that shit. Even if you donโ€™t still do it bc whatever you love can grow into something much greater. Water yourself, pour into others, and watch what abundance grows๐Ÿ’›

A more in-depth explanation on the intention of my podcast name. Life becomes way more meaningful when you do things with intention. As random as these maybe they are still done with intent at the core of it. This will also detail why I love the number 7๐Ÿ’›
This first episode was unplanned, unedited and basically just a reason to put my thoughts out about this baby right here. Each episode will be super random. Each episode will be super enlightening (possibly). Most importantly, episodes without guest (aka me solo) will only be 7 minutes๐Ÿ’›
Choose transformation. Not "change". In this episode, I dissect the difference along with the similarities between transformation and change. I've noticed specifically in the media that the word "change" can get lost in translation and the value is often diminished. That is why I believe we've transgressed passed "change" and need to embrace transformation. The time to let go of false notions is now. ย The time to renew your mind is now. The time to let go of what you think you know is now. ย Remember, you create your reality.
