Ingrid is simply the best

Ingrid is the best. I was a fan from YouTube but this podcast takes it to a new level. She is so thoughtful, wise and intelligent yet never condescending or boring. This gentle podcast is both soothing and entertaining. Especially love the episodes about inner teen work!

Refreshing, human and inspiring

I really appreciate the tone, format and REALNESS of this podcast. Ingrid is authentically herself and comes across as a friend rather than a try-hard/inaccessible podcast host. The guests are thoughtful picks who bring diversity and wisdom to the show. Equally entertaining and thought-provoking. If you’re into personal development, give it a listen!

Wonderful Podcast

I’ve been watching Ingrid’s videos since the PandeeB days and she was one of the first Youtubers I subscribed to. I have always related so much to her and feel like I’ve grown alongside her as we are the same age. This podcast is so thoughtful and real. It pushes me to think more deeply about things in my own life. A must listen!
