Man watching this show as a kid I never realized how insanely brutal it was. as I've gotten older and had interactions with LEOs I've learned that this people are violent and dangerous to everyone.. It's insane this show was allowed on the air for so long...
Thank you for creating this! We spread change through knowledge. But, you know that 😉
This is a really funny... and sad story all at the same time. SMH.
Thank God this show got taken off the air... if only we could have some justice for the irreparable harm it's done to this country.
Eye opening. I want more. People defending cops are really missing the point here. This is about how the tv show COPS specifically changed the lens through which we view police. Even the police dont understand what they are here for anymore.
guess you have to release another episode since Paramount has dropped COPS and Live PD is probably going to meet the same fate on A&E. No 300th episode and no 33rd season.
👎🏼
This podcast is run by someone with a typical leftist agenda. I will have to unsubscribe.
If COPS was still as real as the clip at the beginning of this episode, I think policing and the public's view of them might be different.i have a lot more respect for that cop than I do of any of the tough guys they showcase now.
The more I listen to this series, the more disgusted I become with what modern society terms entertainment. our society really doesn't seem to understand that all humans are deserving of their rights and of some base level of respect. It sickens me that anyone could listen to this series and how these shows adversely affect not just perps and victims but policing itself and still defend what is essentially a cesspool of the worst of humanity.
@31:19: Oh so it wasn't 52 times he was arrested. It was only 12 guys. Only 12 times. I don't know ANYONE who has been arrested ONCE let alone 12 times! What the hell are you doing downplaying his criminal history like that? There may be some harassment, but clearly this specific guy, who you hunted down, has a problem with recidivism. The complaint shouldn't be "he is being harrased by the police" but instead, "why is this guy need all of this attention from cops when he should have been rehabilitated a long time ago. I call this policing and not harassment. I have seen , first hand, a suspected prostitute become an armed and dangerous person on a second encounter. Booked for attempted murder that one.
I am gettin gsick of the saying "worst day of their life." You know the worst day of their life was? When they decided to take that first hit. When they decided that hitting your wife was a good way to get your point across. When they decided that stealing was better than putting in an honorable good days work. When they decided to live below their potential and resort to crime. THAT was their worst day. All of this that is shown on COPS and LIVE PD are the RESULTS of their poor choices. Worst day? It's a day spent out in the PUBLIC with them committing crimes the police MUST enforce. I don't care if they got stopped while committing a robbery or while driving with a tail light out. It is not the officers job to NOT enforce the laws.
These people are not documentary filmmakers. If they were, they wouldn't allow their subjects editorial power over the content.
This flashlight part is so disturbing.
I thought it was common knowledge among viewers of Live PD that not everything on Live PD is live?
For all the cop apologist on here, bad cops exist. just like bad civilians do. had abusive junkie bf,I have no family, nowhere to go and was scared to leave. after the guy put me in hospital for 3 months and outright killed me ran into a cop that had come to the house on a few calls. Asshole looked right at me and said "Justin needs to pick better women." was in uniform, also was someone I worked with at one of my two jobs,I had one full time job and one part time. wow, according to some of you I must have done something to deserve that.
if he was concerned about the people how is putting them on TV helping.
come on new episode
where's the content? guys were pretty good but no content forever
This podcast is terrible. Reaching much??
