Go Help Yourself: A Comedy Self-Help Podcast to Make Life Suck Less

I found this podcast after accepting I needed a break from true crime and thought maybe I could find a podcast to better myself. These girls are hilarious, and entertaining. I have listened to these episodes non stop for a week and a half. My problem is, every time I suggest a friend listen to the podcast, they take it real personal, and I only say the name of the podcast. Otherwise the girls are fabulous. The guests are fun. Also THERE ARE NO ADS which I love. But also, I would love to see these girls to get abundant success out of this hobby of theirs. They have true talent.

Listened to a bit of one episode on gray rock. These women should consider themselves lucky that they can’t pronounce THE leading expert on narcissistic abuse’s name. To make light of an emotionally abusive situation that would require the gray rock technique is not helpful in the least. To imply such techniques are unnecessary by saying uninformed things like “just use your boundaries” is reckless. People come to these podcasts for guidance. It is no laughing matter. If this podcast holds comedy in the highest esteem, steer clear of topics that could very well be a matter of life or death for some.

Smart, funny and insightful. What more could i ask for? I may not always agree with them, but I am always entertained!
