Book 5 of Cthulhu in the Deep South will drop April 20th!! Book five introduces August Bilby, a transplant from Arkham newly arrived in post war Charleston. While looking for work August meets Albert Wadham, a wealthy eccentric in need of a favor. Wadham enlists Bilby to fetch a small trinket for him from a small island off the coast. An island named Ryeland. Now all that lies in front of August and a small fortune are the shifting societal sands of post war propriety and whatever's hiding on Ryeland. As part of our release Alex and Kirk will be dropping a Q&A preview episode on the 15th. If you have questions or comments for either or them, send them to missingsocknetwork@gmail.com by 4/9. Kirk and Alex are here to talk about their other project, These Hallowed Halls. Tarot cards are involved cause it's spooky season and that's way more fun than an interview or chat. Also, Alex's audio sounds like butt cause zoom switched his microphone to his webcam. Apologies. You can listen to These Hallowed Halls on Spotify, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your pods. Or, hey, you can buy it before you listen by clicking on this nice big hyper link that you're reading.

Ok. Full disclosure. This has almost nothing to do with Lovecraftian horror. It's a short history of toilet flushing. Kirk and Alex, having finished the six book CitDS series, are casting about for their next endeavor. This is a foray into the "Edutainment" style of podcast, and, frankly, this feed is where it makes the most sense and will get the most listens. If you dig it, please let us know! It's a rough draft of whatever this concept could become, but we had a good time reading and talking about the removal of human shit from our homes. You can always email us with thoughts at missingsocknetwork@gmail.com Thanks for listening. *flush noise*
