back in black
The lesson of this podcast is that even if you don't like the rules, if you don't abide by them there are consequences. It sucks for Billy and others like him. But he and his family haven't even learned the lesson, as evidenced by their responses to questions like "do you wish you/she hadn't taken the money".
"We didn't make any decisions based on money"...but at the same time "I was blowing his phone up wanting my money!". Nicole was beating around the bush instead of saying "Yeah, the money influenced decisions and I got greedy and didn't share much of it with my son." BTW, does anyone believe she bought a top of the line SRT Charger for her son as a first car without using the bag money?!? It's funny they tried to play it off like "oh, it wasn't anything special" as if they bought him a 1994 Taurus or something. haha The hypocrisy of complaining about everyone else getting paid, when she pocketed the majority of the bag money herself without telling her son.
left so much meat on the bone
all iv taken from this doco is that an old man with dementia, grieving the loss of his son said some wildly stupid things when pissed.. i know it makes a better podcast to project him as a villain but i just see him as an old man that needed help..
It was the hockey lockout. Entire Canada got hooked on poker bud
