GREAT content (with annoying advertisement breaks)
:)
Always helpful
Love how Terri shares such amazing content in bite size nuggets. Her wisdom on boundaries and co-dependent behaviors is such needed for us all to gain the interpersonal skills we were never taught. Thank you, thank you!
Just Wow.
Hi Terri, I have been a long time listener and read your book back when it first came out. It has truly changed my life in so many ways; my relationships with my friends and family in particular have become much healthier and I believe it is from having healthier boundaries.
I just listened to your latest episode and hearing your story about your sister brought me to tears. I recently and I do mean very recently (2 weeks ago) had to write a very painful text to my sister who is not ready to face her addiction. Your words were almost exact to what I told her in regards to I will be there when you’re ready. I have been feeling guilt and regret ever since I sent that text to her but telling myself “I worked too hard for my peace” like your therapist said to you. I literally got goosebumps and cried hearing your story so similar to mine. I am beyond happy for your sister and her happy ending and have faith my sister will get there too one day. It is so painful seeing someone you love not take care of themselves and my prayers are with anyone experiencing this.
Thank you for sharing your story and being so open because I dont feel so alone and much of my guilt went away hearing your words. You are truly changing lives and I appreciate learning from you. Many Blessings ~ CJ
